What is a return policy?
A return/refund policy is a set of rules a store establishes to manage how customers can return or exchange unwanted or faulty products.
Acceptable reasons for returns:
Change of mind, damaged items, incorrect product received, etc.
Timeframe for returns:
You have 20 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Please initiate a return request through Instagram DM's (@jole.clo) or through our email at joleclothing@gmail.com
Condition of returned items & Return Address:
Items must be (pretty much) unused, in original packaging and shipped back to us at:

Types of refunds offered:
Full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Exchange is only available for in stock items. If a blue pair of jorts is being returned for a black pair, however that size/colour is not available, then another option must be picked.
